At RDM Lawyers, we strive to be transparent about legal fees.

Most business law matters are billed based on the hourly rates of the lawyer and legal support staff involved. Current hourly rates generally range from approximately $140 to $250 per hour for legal support staff and $200 to $600 per hour for lawyers, depending on experience, skill, and area of specialization.

For certain routine matters, such as incorporations, annual maintenance, or standard corporate reorganizations, we may be able to provide a fixed-fee quote. Where appropriate, we will discuss available fee arrangements at the outset of the matter and keep you informed as work progresses.
