Lewis Nguyen is a solicitor with a long-standing focus on real estate law. He brings a depth of experience across all aspects of a solicitor’s practice, with particular strength in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Lewis has practiced throughout British Columbia and has worked in some of the province’s largest conveyancing firms, experience that has shaped his practical, detail-oriented approach.

Lewis earned his Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2004. After practising in the Fraser Valley early in his career and spending several years in the Okanagan, Lewis returned to the Fraser Valley to reconnect with his roots and contribute to the local community, joining RDM Lawyers in 2026.

Real estate law has been a consistent focus throughout Lewis’s career. He is known for guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity and care, and for ensuring they understand both the process and the significance of the decisions they are making.

Outside of the office, Lewis is an avid runner and marathoner. When he is not training, he enjoys podcasts, baked goods (preferably without raisins), and following the highs and lows of the Vancouver Canucks.

Fees: 

Lewis’s hourly rate is currently $450, while much of his work is billed based on tariffs or set fees.
