Kam practices primarily in the areas of wills and estate planning, incapacity planning, estate administration, trusts and corporate/commercial and real estate law.

Kam obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and then his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta in 2011. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Abbotsford and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners of Canada. In 2016, he obtained his Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. In 2021, he obtained his Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) designation from the Canadian Institute of Certified Executor Advisors.

Kam was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2012. He practiced at a local boutique firm until joining RDM in 2021.

Kam was born in Terrace, raised in Surrey and has called Abbotsford home since 2014. In his spare time, Kam enjoys fitness training, playing basketball and random road trips with his wife and young child.

Fees

Kam’s hourly rate is currently $465, while much of his work is billed based on tariffs or set fees.
