Stephanie practices primarily family law, and is also experienced in personal injury, employment and human rights law. She has represented clients before the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the BC Employment Standards Branch, and the Federal Court of Canada.
As a family lawyer, Stephanie brings a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to her files. She prides herself on her ability to advocate fiercely for her clients, as well as her ability to lead her clients towards negotiated settlements when appropriate. She has experience working with LGBTQ2S+ clients and is very happy to do so.
Stephanie obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2005 and attended law school at the University of Victoria, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2012. Stephanie was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2013 and joined RDM Lawyers as an associate in 2015.
When not practicing law, Stephanie enjoys yoga, indoor cycling, reading, and painting, as well as collecting wine and art. She has been teaching yoga for a number of years and is in the process of completing an advanced certification. Stephanie currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Reach Gallery Museum.
