Paul has a varied litigation practice with a particular focus on class action claims, commercial litigation and property disputes. He also has significant experience in personal injury claims.

Paul completed his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the University of British Columbia in 2006. He then went on to graduate with his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 2010. He was called to the BC bar in 2013.

Paul practiced at a litigation boutique firm in the Fraser Valley for 10 years prior to joining the RDM team.

Paul is happy to assist clients in both English and Punjabi.

Paul’s hourly rate is currently $400 for Civil matters and $650 for Class Actions, while much of his work is billed through contingency fee agreements.
