Tabitha has a varied practice within our litigation group, including commercial litigation, debt claims and insurance defence. She is also passionate about personal injury law, representing individuals injured in car accidents, slip and falls or victims of assault (civil claims).

Tabitha earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trinity Western University in 2011. Following completion of her undergraduate degree, she worked for several years in accounting and then returned to school to study law. Tabitha graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2017. After years of advocacy work in Ontario, Tabitha returned home to the Fraser Valley and joined RDM.

Tabitha enjoys hiking in beautiful British Columbia, but you’ll never find her complaining about having to stay in and read on a rainy day. She is an active member of her church and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Fees: 

Tabitha’s hourly rate is currently $350, while much of her personal injury work is billed through contingency fee agreements.
