Spencer practices as a general litigator, with a focus towards debt collection, contract disputes, strata litigation, commercial tenancy, and defamation. He has experience in BC’s Supreme and Provincial Court, with civil, family, and small claims actions.
Spencer completed his B. Sc. (Honours) in Biology, with a concentration in molecular genetics, in 2014 at the University of Victoria. He later went onto law school in Halifax, obtaining his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in 2018. He started his articles with RDM Lawyers in August 2018 and has remained with the firm since his call to the bar in May 2019.
In his off time, Spencer enjoys canoeing, camping, and hiking with his dogs. He also likes to think himself as a capable amateur photographer and experienced traveller.
Spencer’s hourly rate is currently $285, while some of his work is billed through contingency fee agreements.
