B.Sc. (Hons), J.D.
Spencer practices as a general litigator, with a focus on corporate, family, tenancy, and estate matters. He has experience in BC’s Supreme and Provincial Court, with civil, family, and small claims actions.
Spencer completed his B. Sc. (Honours) in Biology, with a concentration in molecular genetics, in 2014 at the University of Victoria. He later went onto law school in Halifax, obtaining his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in 2018. He completed his articles at RDM Lawyers, and has remained with the firm since his call to the bar in May 2019.
In his off time, Spencer enjoys playing table top games, canoeing, and hiking – preferably with dogs. He also likes to think himself as a capable amateur photographer and experienced traveller.
