Spencer is a general civil litigation lawyer focusing on debt collection, contract disputes, strata litigation, commercial tenancy, and defamation. He has experience in BC’s Supreme and Provincial Court, with civil, family, and small claims actions.

Spencer completed his B. Sc. (Honours) in Biology, with a concentration in molecular genetics, in 2014 at the University of Victoria. He later went to law school in Halifax, obtaining his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in 2018. Spencer has been with RDM as a summer law student, then as a lawyer once he was called in 2019, and now in the role of an independent contractor as Associate Counsel.

In his off time, Spencer enjoys canoeing, camping, and hiking with his dogs. He also likes to think himself as a capable amateur photographer and experienced traveller.
