Sareena’s practice is varied within our litigation group, with a particular focus on family law, estate litigation and contract disputes.

Prior to law school, Sareena graduated from Simon Fraser University with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Sareena obtained her Juris Doctor (with Honours) at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia in 2018.

Sareena takes a compassionate approach to her practice and prioritizes building rapport with her clients. She does not take a one-size-fits-all-approach, but rather she spends time formulating legal strategies specifically tailored to clients’ individual needs, goals and circumstances.

Sareena is well-versed in litigation and has achieved successful outcomes for clients in highly contentious matters in both the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of BC. This includes matters involving parenting time, child support, spousal support, protection orders, exclusive occupancy orders, relocation, and division of property. Sareena is also experienced in resolving matters outside of the courtroom via mediation, negotiation and drafting of marriage, cohabitation and separation agreements.

Outside of the office, you can find Sareena spending time with family and friends, exploring different restaurants and cuisines, reading, and unwinding with a fresh cup of tea or coffee.
