Jasdeep’s practice is varied within our litigation group. She has a particular focus on family law.
Jasdeep grew up in North Delta. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and then attended law school at Thompson Rivers University where she received her law degree in 2019. During her time at law school, Jasdeep won an award in Employment Law and worked at the Community Legal Aid Clinic assisting with tenant disputes, applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and appeals to the Social Benefits Tribunal. Jasdeep also volunteered at a women’s treatment center providing legal information to vulnerable and at-risk women.
Jasdeep was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2020. Prior to joining RDM, Jasdeep worked at a personal injury law firm in Vancouver. She has successfully negotiated numerous settlements and has represented clients in mediations and in trials before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Jasdeep moved to Abbotsford in 2021 and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for both the Abbotsford Soccer Association and the Abbotsford District Bar Association. Outside of law, Jasdeep enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and running. She also enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants and coffee shops.

Fees:
Jasdeep’s hourly rate is currently $275, while some of her work is billed through contingency fee agreements.
