Tabitha has a varied practice within our litigation group, including commercial litigation, debt claims, insurance defence, employment and human rights. She is also passionate about personal injury law, representing individuals injured in car accidents, slip and falls or victims of assault (civil claims) as well in relation to WorkSafe claims.

Tabitha earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trinity Western University in 2011. Following completion of her undergraduate degree, she worked for several years in accounting and then returned to school to study law. Tabitha graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2017. After years of advocacy work in Ontario, Tabitha returned home to the Fraser Valley and joined RDM. In 2024, she became the Team Lead for our Personal Injury Group and joined the RDM Leadership Team.

Tabitha is an active member of our community. She is on the Board of Directors for Community Futures North Fraser and Trial Lawyers Association of BC (TLABC), as well as represents RDM with the Abbotsford Executives Association (AEA).

When not in the office or volunteering, Tabitha enjoys hiking in beautiful British Columbia but you’ll never find her complaining about having to stay in and read on a rainy day. She is also an active member of her church and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Fees: 

Tabitha’s hourly rate is currently $400, while much of her personal injury work is billed through contingency fee agreements.
