Robin is a dedicated litigator with a practice focused on family, civil litigation, estate litigation and residential tenancy disputes.

Robin obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria before completing her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honours at the University of Birmingham. While in law school, she served as Vice President of Moot Court Competitions and volunteered with the Refugee and Asylum Legal Clinic, providing legal assistance to low-income individuals.

Robin has appeared before both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia and has represented clients before the Residential Tenancy Branch. She brings a compassionate and pragmatic approach to her work, recognizing that clients often come to her during particularly stressful periods of their lives. Robin focuses on making sure her clients understand their options, feel heard throughout the process, and have a clear path forward.

Robin joined RDM in 2026 upon moving to Abbotsford, where she now calls home. Outside of the office, she enjoys running, paddleboarding, international travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Robin assists clients in English and Punjabi, and is also conversant in Hindi.
