Rachel joined RDM in 2019 as a junior legal assistant and quickly grew into a skilled paralegal and the team lead of our Commercial Lending group. While taking on leadership at the firm, she was also completing her Bachelor of Integrated Studies at the University of the Fraser Valley, balancing both with impressive dedication.

She is now pursuing her law degree at Thompson Rivers University and we’re thrilled that she’ll be returning to RDM in summer 2026 as a Summer Student. Though we miss her while she’s away at school, we’re excited to see her next steps in the profession.

With deep roots in Langley and the Fraser Valley, Rachel is excited to continue building her legal career close to home.
