Morgan is a member of our civil litigation team, focusing on employment law, estate litigation, tenancy disputes and debt collection.
Morgan grew up in Langley and then obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Victoria. She obtained her law degree at Thompson Rivers University, graduating in 2022.
During her undergraduate degree, Morgan worked as a research assistant for the Political Science department and as an Infrastructure Asset Technician for the Township of Langley. During her time at law school, Morgan volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, and later TRU Community Legal Clinic to provide free legal services to those who are unable to afford legal assistance.
Morgan began as a summer student at RDM in 2021. She returned to complete her articles and has remained at the firm since her call to the bar in May 2023.
Outside of the office you can find Morgan on hikes with her husband and golden retriever, Lola, or trying to hit a new personal record at the gym.
Fees:
Morgan’s hourly rate is currently $300 on Employment matters and $250 on other matters, while some of her work is billed through contingency fee agreements.
