Lakhpreet’s practice is varied within our litigation group. She has a particular focus on family law, residential tenancy, estate litigation and all things “small claims” (value under $35,000).

Lakhpreet grew up in Abbotsford and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of the Fraser Valley. She then obtained her law degree at Thompson Rivers University. Throughout her undergraduate and legal studies, Lakhpreet worked as an outreach worker with SARA for Women and provided services to diverse, vulnerable populations of the lower mainland.

After law school, Lakhpreet returned home to article at RDM Lawyers and was officially called to the bar in June 2024. She is thrilled to be starting her legal career in her hometown and continuing to build strong relationships within the community.

Outside of the office Lakhpreet enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You will also find her trying out new coffee shops, enjoying nature, and planning secluded cabin getaways to recharge.
