Kevin has a varied practice within our solicitor group, focusing primarily on corporate and commercial matters.

With a background that spans both legal and client-facing roles, Kevin is well-positioned to provide practical, detail-oriented advice to businesses and individuals. He assists clients with corporate structuring, reorganizations, and day-to-day business transactions. His past experience includes overseeing compliance and annual maintenance for hundreds of companies, giving him a strong foundation in corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts with honours from Trinity Western University before completing his law degree at Lakehead University in 2021. Prior to joining RDM in 2025, he worked in key compliance roles at a large firm, including as the Land Owner Transparency Act Coordinator and Corporate Register Coordinator. Before entering law, Kevin worked as an account executive, where he gained a firsthand understanding of the needs and priorities of clients, which continues to inform his approach to legal practice.

Kevin immigrated with his family as a child to the Fraser Valley and he is proud to be building his legal career in a community he knows well. Kevin is happy to assist clients in English and in Mandarin.

Fees

Kevin’s hourly rate is currently $275, while much of his work is billed based on tariffs or set fees.
