Ishpreet is an associate at RDM Lawyers LLP, where he focuses his practice on corporate/commercial, real estate, commercial lending and expropriation.

He regularly advises individuals and companies on the purchase, sale and development of residential and commercial real estate, and also assists financial institutions, mortgage investment corporations and private lenders with their commercial lending needs. Ishpreet seeks to provide practical and cost-effective advice for his clients, and is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and companies navigate the formation, operation, growth and sale of their businesses.

Ishpreet brings a wealth of education and experience to his role. After earning his undergraduate degree with honours from the University of the Fraser Valley, he went on to complete his law degree at the University of Alberta in 2018. After completing his articles at RDM Lawyers, he was called to the bar in 2019.

A proud resident of Abbotsford, where he was born and raised, Ishpreet is thrilled to be practicing law in his hometown. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and exploring new places and experiences. Additionally, he is fluent in both English and Punjabi, allowing him to serve clients from a variety of backgrounds with ease.

Fees

Ishpreet’s hourly rate is currently $385, while much of his work is billed based on tariffs or set fees.
