Gunvir’s practice is varied within our litigation group. He has a particular focus on family law, residential tenancy, debt recovery and immigration.

Gunvir obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Economics & English Literature at Punjabi University, Patiala in 2013. He went on to attend law school at the University of Delhi, ranking in the top 70 of 131,250 candidates nationwide for the entrance exam for the LL.B program.

Gunvir practiced law in New Delhi for two years prior to permanently moving to British Columbia, where he has family located in Abbotsford and throughout the Lower Mainland. Since being called to the BC Bar in 2021, Gunvir’s practice has focused on Family Law while he has also gained experience in a variety of claims involving insurance defence, property disputes and immigration. 

In his free time, Gunvir enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and watching soccer.

Gunvir is happy to assist clients in English, Punjabi and Hindi and Urdu.

Gunvir’s hourly rate is currently $300.
