Gunvir is an associate lawyer specializing in family law, residential tenancy, debt recovery and immigration.

Gunvir holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Economics & English Literature (2014) and earned his LL.B with first-division honours from the University of Delhi in 2017, ranking among the top 1% of candidates in India’s national law entrance examination. Gunvir practiced in New Delhi for two years prior to permanently moving to British Columbia, where he has family located throughout the Lower Mainland.

Since being called to the BC Bar in 2021, Gunvir has practiced in family law, construction law and civil litigation, appearing before both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Fluent in English, Pnjabi, Hindi and Urdu, he is committed to serving clients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of work, Gunvir enjoys golfing, soccer and international cinema.
