Graham Petek
BA, JD
Articling Student
Graham is an articling student at RDM.
Graham grew up in Chilliwack and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History (major) and Political Science (minor) from University of the Fraser Valley, graduating with distinction in 2021. He then moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia where he obtained his law degree at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2024. Graham’s favourite parts of law school were the opportunities to serve the community. He volunteered and obtained hands-on experience at various legal clinics including drafting wills and assisting clients with labour and employment issues, along with volunteering to prevent the use of child soldiers globally at the Dallaire Institute for Children, Peace and Security.
Graham is happy to back in the Fraser Valley, and is looking forward to putting his passion for community service to use for the community he grew up in.
Outside of the office, Graham is an avid sports fan (Go Canucks Go!) and loves getting outside to explore BC’s natural beauty, including playing golf and hockey. Graham can also be found road and gravel cycling around the Fraser Valley and Vancouver whenever an opportunity arises. While he lacks musical ability, Graham is also an avid music fan and is looking forward to taking in BC’s lively music scene this summer and beyond.
