Olivia Goertzen is a litigator focusing primarily on commercial litigation, estate litigation, small claims matters, and residential tenancy disputes.

Olivia first joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and returned in 2024 before completing her articles. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia and is pleased to continue her legal career with RDM Lawyers.

Born and raised in Chilliwack, Olivia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of the Fraser Valley. As a lifelong resident of the Fraser Valley, she values building strong relationships within her community and helping clients navigate legal disputes with practical advice and effective advocacy.

Outside the office, Olivia enjoys spending time outdoors, taking walks with her dog, and planning future travels with her husband.
