We, the surviving siblings, inherited our deceased parents’ property, intended to be sold at fair market value with the proceeds divided equally among us.
Paul D Wiebe then of Little Oak Realty , manipulated our sister by instilling fear of legal consequences for an action he initiated, fully aware it was unlikely to succeed. Rather than refunding the deposit with an apology, he held a fabricated threat of liability over her, causing prolonged stress and isolating her from communication by citing legal concerns. Ultimately, 20 months later, he coerced her into signing over the property for 40% of its true market value. Instead of advising her on the property’s actual worth and listing it to secure a higher sale price—and a larger commission for himself—his actions suggest he engaged in a concealed arrangement for personal gain.
We demand that Paul D Wiebe be held accountable in an open meeting to address these deceptive practices.
His lie is that he listed it at market value on MLS, but only did that 20 months earlier knowing the contract would fail, and kept my sister in duress the entire time, including having his friends discharge frames at the addrsss, causing a major police e response further distressing our sister as she tried to act as executor , with RDM Lawyers apparently favoring Paul's narrative instead protecting our family.
