Marta practices primarily in the areas of wills and estate planning, incapacity planning, estate administration, trusts, and corporate/commercial law.

Marta obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Fraser Valley and then her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta in 2009. After articling at a national law firm in Edmonton, Alberta she was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2010. She practiced at a full-service law firm in the Fraser Valley until she joined RDM in 2017. Marta is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Abbotsford.

In her spare time, Marta enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, exploring the outdoors, photography, and traveling to far away places. Marta is originally from Poland and is conversant in Polish. She also lived in Athens, Greece before moving to Abbotsford as a child. Marta is happy to be practicing law and raising her children in the community she grew up in.

Fees

Marta’s hourly rate is currently $400, while much of her work is billed based on tariffs or set fees.
