Hannah practices primarily in the areas of business law, secured lending, and residential and commercial real estate. She is well versed in advising clients on a wide range of business aspects throughout the various life stages of their company, including incorporations, reorganizations, business sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, and shareholder agreements. Hannah also acts for both lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions. She is committed to providing professional, personal and attentive service to all of her clients and takes great pride in building and fostering long-standing relationships.
Raised in Abbotsford, Hannah obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology from the University of British Columbia, following which she studied law at the University of Windsor and obtained her J.D. An avid traveller, she spent time living in both Scotland and Germany during her studies. Hannah first joined the RDM team as a summer student and after being called to the bar in 2017, continued on as an associate.
Outside of the office, Hannah is actively involved in the community and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Community Futures North Fraser. When not at work, Hannah enjoys cooking, hiking, diving and annoying her dog.
Hannah’s hourly rate is currently $350, while much of her work is billed based on tariffs or set fees.
