Brad maintains a general litigation practice, with a focus on helping clients resolve problems and conflicts, whether in or out of court. He has experience in practice areas including commercial litigation and business disputes, government liability, trespass cases, property disputes, personal injury, estate litigation, contract disputes, administrative actions, and judicial reviews. Brad also advises clients on litigation risks and limiting liability.
Brad completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2006. He obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2011 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2012. He is a Certified Master Beekeeper, former university sprinter, and is now attempting to become a long-distance runner.
