B. Comm., J.D.
Brad practices in all areas of civil litigation and business law disputes. He has represented clients in the Supreme Court of BC, the BC Provincial Court, and in arbitrations.
Brad obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax and his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. He has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since 2012. He completed his articles and worked as an associate for a leading litigation boutique firm in downtown Vancouver, and then for the Provincial Ministry of Justice. Brad joined RDM in 2017.
Originally from New Brunswick, Brad came to the better coast in 2007 and never looked back. He and his wife, an Abbotsford native, recently moved to Abbotsford and are happy being close to their family and friends. He’s looking forward to getting involved with the community here.
During his undergraduate degree and in law school, Brad was a member of the university track and field team and was a national level sprinter. These days, he’s been trying to adapt to long distance running, and likes getting out on the trails near his home. Brad lives on a 10 acre apple orchard in Bradner and enjoys spending time on the farm and gardening with his wife. He is also a Certified Master Beekeeper, keeps his own hives, and tries to plant as many flowers and forage as he can.
