This Opportunity

This position will provide a qualified student excellent opportunity to gain experience in the practical and administrative aspects of a law practice while receiving valuable on-the-job training, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop her/his legal skills and knowledge of the practice.

Our students have access to all RDM Lawyers’ lawyers, who maintain an open-door policy. This promotes continued learning during a student’s employment. We encourage students to ask questions and to get involved in the life of the firm.

The student meets regularly with the student’s two principals, one for litigation and one for solicitor matters. Mentorship is also provided on an informal basis by several lawyers and support staff. We make an effort to give each student as much responsibility as he or she can comfortably handle.
