Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant

RDM Lawyers LLP, located in Abbotsford, BC, is looking for legal administrative assistant with a minimum of  1 year experience to join our very busy Corporate Department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing corporate documents in connection with incorporations, proprietorship, society and partnership registrations, change of names, share transfers, dividend and redemption documentation;
  • Assisting with commercial financing files;

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently and stay organized. Excellent computer skills and communication skills are required along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service while working in a high paced environment. Knowledge of Alf is an asset.
