THIS OPPORTUNITY

RDM Lawyers LLP is looking for an individual to perform the duties of a Scheduling Coordinator. Candidates must have experience working with the people in a customer service-oriented capacity.

RDM is looking to hire individuals for our head office in Abbotsford.

Is this the Role for You?

  • Coordinate document signing appointments with our commissioners in various regions of BC
  • Manage the calendars of multiple commissioners
  • Maintain accurate records of signing appointments
  • Attend to internal payment reconciliation as well as arrange for payment of commissioners’ invoices
  • Administrative duties concerning arranging training and acquisition of supplies
  • Liaising with account managers, third parties, and clients to ensure a smooth, positive document signing experience for all.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Projects a professional appearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with our commissioners.
  • Proven experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment with multiple conflicting deadlines and short turn-around times, where speed and accuracy are paramount.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organization prioritization, attention to detail, multitasking and problem-solving.
  • Preparation of necessary correspondence
  • Possesses excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
